“That if you confess with you mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.”

A person who believes in Jesus Christ, as his/her personal saviour and confess his/her faith as explicitly written in Romans 10: 9 – 10; all the baptized families and their children and who accepts the constitution of the OECC will become member of the Church. The membership status is identified as baptized members that include children receiving Baptism in this congregation as well as an adult who has received instruction and has shown evidence of an adequate understanding and acceptance of the teaching of the word of God will become Baptized member of the Church. The Confirmed members are the baptized adult having received instruction, having given evidence of adequate understanding of the teachings of the word of God as confessed by this congregation and having made a public affirmation of faith and become in a worthy manner to receive the Holy Communion (1 Corinthians 11; 23 – 32)
